As part of the efforts of the President of the University of Kerbala Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, to promote the principles of sustainability and improve the university environment the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine carried out a series of cleaning tidying and maintenance works that included service facilities and green spaces within the faculty, reflecting a renewed civilised image.
This work was carried out under the direct supervision of the dean of the college, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Asaad Al-Kaabi with the participation of service and administrative staff in a step that confirms the college’s commitment to providing an elegant and integrated university environment in line with its academic mission.
The Dean emphasised that these efforts are in line with the vision of the University Presidency which places sustainability and care for green spaces among its priorities, praising the keenness of the staff to complete the work with a spirit of teamwork and high responsibility.
This initiative embodies the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine’s approach to adopting environmentally friendly practices that contribute to creating a comfortable university space that stimulates the educational and research process and reflects a positive image of the university and its academic standing.
