The President of the University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, inspected the College of Veterinary Medicine with a field visit to see the reality of the college and evaluate the progress of work in it, and he was received by Prof. Dr. Ihab Ghazi Mahdi, Scientific Assistant to the Dean of the College and Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Jassim, Administrative Assistant in it.
The visit included an inspection tour of the college corridors, classrooms, scientific laboratories, discussion hall, research laboratory and college library in order to identify the needs of students and faculty members and assess the scientific and administrative reality in them.
During the visit, the President of the University met with the administrative cadres and listened to their opinions and observations regarding their work and work management. They also discussed future plans for the development of the college, such as modernizing laboratory equipment, improving the educational environment and enhancing practical training programs for students.
During his tour, the President of the University stressed the importance of veterinary medicine in supporting the livestock sector and public health, praising the efforts of the faculty in preparing specialized competencies in this field.
