The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, announced the opening of the Higher Institute of Judicial Sciences for Postgraduate Studies at Al-Nahrain University.
The Minister of Education explained in his speech during the opening ceremony that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is working according to regular steps and integrates with sectoral institutions to achieve their goals, meet their requirements, take into account variables, adapt to circumstances and overcome them in order to ensure sustainable education and perform responsibilities, pointing out that the development of this type of specialized institutes that are based on master’s programs in forensic chemistry, forensic engineering and forensic sciences will provide students with the opportunity to obtain a specialization in vital sectors and fields that overlap with justice sciences and lead An important role in the application of the law and the protection of the rights of individuals and society.
He added that the index of achievements in the educational institution during the life of the esteemed Iraqi government was based on the quality of specialized programs, the positive work provided by faculty members, and the link between outputs and development needs.
